My journey here
For a long time, I knew exactly what it meant to function perfectly on the outside while feeling relentless pressure within. I was the “go, go, go” entrepreneur, capable, driven, and always holding myself to standards that felt impossible to lower. From the outside, I had it all together, but inside, it felt like I was running without even knowing what I was running from.
My high-functioning patterns took root early. Growing up in the UK with parents from another country, I was constantly navigating different cultural expectations while trying to fit into a Western world. To manage it all, I learned how to push through, how to stay in control, and how to keep moving. What I didn’t realise was how disconnected I had become as slowing down felt uncomfortable, and rest felt like a risk.

The turning point came through my own therapy and a late ADHD diagnosis. Suddenly, things made sense. I finally understood that the real battle wasn’t with the world around me, it was with what I’d learned to carry inside. I realised that meaningful change meant looking at the roots, the cultural layers, the early attachments, and the inner child that had been driving my need to over-achieve.
As I went deeper into the study of psychology, I found that true transformation wasn’t just about talking, it was also about the body. This led me to train in yoga and breathwork, and to build a holistic approach that supports both the mind and the body.
Today, my work is shaped by lived experience and professional training. I support people who are outwardly successful but internally exhausted, who want to continue their journey without the constant sense of overwhelm. I believe success should feel settled and aligned, not like something that costs you your wellbeing. I’m here to offer a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect, find clarity, and move forward with ease and intention.
