Step away from the noise and return to what’s real

For many high-functioning individuals, life is lived at speed and often feels like one long to-do list. Responsibilities, expectations, and constant thinking leave little room to pause, feel, or simply be. Over time, this can create a sense of disconnection, even when everything appears to be going well.

I design my events and experiences to create intentional space where you can step out of your usual patterns and away from the demands of work and daily roles, which is rare in our busy professional lives. These experiences are about slowing down, listening inwardly, and reconnecting with yourself by swapping the constant doing for simply being.

Whether through my workshops, retreats, or guided experiences, this work is designed to help you find a deeper sense of presence, understand why you present the way you do, and recognise emotional balance. There is no pressure to perform and no prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, clear, and more at ease. A space to breathe

Śvāsa is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning “breath”, the first thing we do when we arrive, and the one thing we do without stopping. That’s the heart and core intention behind all of my workshops, retreats, and in-person experiences.

Śvāsa is about creating space for your whole system to exhale. These immersive experiences support mind, body, and emotional wellbeing together, not as separate parts. You’ll slow down, reconnect to your own rhythm, and leave feeling more steady, present, and aligned.

Intentional time away

Retreats are immersive experiences that offer time away from daily pressures, responsibilities, and constant decision-making, all of which high-functioning individuals rarely allow themselves.

They’re immersive, calming experiences designed for reflection, connection, and understanding of yourself in a calm, supportive setting. Stepping out of your usual environment lets insights and shifts happen that are otherwise harder to access in your everyday life.

Guided emotional release

IMD Breathwork is a conscious breath-led practice designed to regulate the nervous system and release stored emotions. Helping your body to move out of stress mode and back towards balance.

Through intentional breathing, create a space for clarity, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness. These group and private classes are specialised for stress, anxiety, and trauma release, and are hosted under the IMD Breathwork brand.

If you’re driven and capable, it can be weirdly isolating to admit you’re not actually okay underneath it all. I get that. On paper, I looked like I was thriving. In reality, I was exhausted, lonely, and running on pure momentum.

I learned early that achievement was how you “belonged”. So I did what high-functioning people do best. I kept going. I built a successful career, checked every box, and hit all the milestones. And still, something felt off.

That experience is what shaped my coaching therapy today. I’ve seen, again and again, that real change isn’t about trying harder or being more disciplined. It starts with self-awareness. Deepening this lets us manage our internal voice, shift our thought patterns, and build a life that actually feels good to live.

I combine this professional expertise with my lived experience to help you understand your early attachments, the beliefs you have had for years, and how your body holds onto stress. My aim is to help you reconnect to your own inner strength, empowering you to move beyond the pressure and control of anxiety, allowing you to finally truly thrive.
