Why should you work with Dr Lalitaa?

Choosing a coach or therapist is about more than just their qualifications or techniques. It’s about feeling understood, safe, and supported by someone who truly gets the internal experience of high-functioning anxiety and neurodiversity..

I work with people who are capable, driven, and successful, yet feel constantly on edge beneath the surface. My approach recognises that many of us have learned to function through pressure, responsibility, and intense self-control, often without realising the toll it takes over time.

One-to-one coaching therapy with me offers a unique way of working where you get to work with the root cause of what keeps you stuck or blocked, so you can finally step into your true power. The sessions are about building the awareness, self-trust, and clarity you need to move forward with a true lifestyle shift by connecting you to your inner child which is where you learned to show up the way you did. The work is deep. When we learn to understand the power we hold we begin to unlock parts of ourselves we never knew were waiting to be seen, and in doing so, we step into another chapter of wisdom where we shine brighter in our light and this paves the way for others to see their light.

Meet Dr Lalitaa

Award winning psychologist, leadership empowerment expert, international speaker, and author

I understand what it’s like to be driven and successful on paper, yet feel exhausted, lonely and disconnected underneath. I grew up high-functioning and learned early that I needed to achieve and keep moving forward to belong. I built a successful career and checked every box, but I was running on empty.

That experience is what shaped my coaching today. I believe that true, lasting success and happiness in every area of life begins within our own minds. I’ve seen how deepening our self-awareness allows us to manage our internal voice, shift our thought patterns, and build a life that finally feels as good as it looks.

I combine this professional expertise with my lived experience to help you understand your early attachments and how your body holds onto stress. My aim is to help you awaken to your own inner strength, empowering you to move beyond the pressure and truly thrive.
