Is there any obligation to continue after the first session?

No, there is absolutely no obligation to continue. The first appointment is designed to stand on its own as a complete and valuable experience.

For some people, a single session provides enough clarity or reassurance to create meaningful change. For others, it becomes a gentle entry point into deeper ongoing 1:1 work. Both outcomes are equally valid.

There is no pressure, expectation, or assumption that you should continue. Any discussion about further support happens only if and when it feels appropriate for you.
