What happens in a first appointment?

Your first appointment is a calm, focused space created entirely for you. There’s no pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or reach a specific outcome. The intention is to work together to explore what’s been coming up for you in a supportive, respectful way.

The coaching therapy session begins by gently exploring what’s brought you here. This might be a recurring pattern, a sense of pressure, a relationship dynamic, or simply a feeling that something needs attention. The pace is steady and led by what feels right for you.

Rather than trying to fix or force change, the focus is on understanding. As insight emerges, many people experience a sense of relief, clarity, or emotional settling during the session itself.

By the end, my clients often leave feeling more reassured, with a clearer sense of themselves and their next steps.
